  • The contour. Our pillow has a lower zone for the neck and a higher zone for the head — so the cervical curve is supported, not flattened. Marcus removed the middle layer on the second night (his shoulders are narrower). He hasn't adjusted it since.

  • It probably will be — the first night. That is expected. Most people remove the middle layer on night 2 or 3. The zipper takes 30 seconds. You are not stuck with the height it ships at. You are the one who sets it.

  • We hear this concern a lot — and we built the answer into the design. Solid foam does not compress. Take a layer out, put it back — same shape, every time. Wash the cover whenever you need to. The pillow stays the same. That is the point.
